Open to all employees! There is no cost to participate!
Fitness class: This class is designed to cater to all levels of fitness, including beginners. It focuses on engaging and toning various parts of the functional body while improving energy, endurance, cardiovascular strength, and flexibility. Many of the exercises in this class MAY involve the use of resistance bands, balls, or light weights but is not necessary.
Tuesdays 5:00pm – 5:45pm
Session 1 – (September 10 – October 1)
Session 2 – (October 22 – November 12)
Zumba class: This class is designed to cater to all levels of fitness, including beginners. Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training.
Session 1 – (September 12 – October 3)
Session 2 – (October 24 – November 14)
Classes will be held in the Over The Top Wellness Center (East Pavilion – 6th Floor)
