To highlight our history in working with the homeless, we have Community Support Services that assist individuals with housing issues:
The Supportive Housing Program has fourteen subsidized housing units granted by the Division of Mental Health. Workers provide case management and referral services. Our dedicated staff assists consumers with independent living skills and connection to resources geared toward independents.
Hope Gardens is a renovated building that includes efficiency apartments. Each apartment has a kitchenette with a stove and refrigerator, as well as a private bathroom. Each floor has common space that will be used as a library, game room, and television/music room. The first floor also includes space and restrooms for visitors. There are laundry facilities on site.
