Events planned by community groups and individuals are a vital source of funds for East Orange General Hospital. Your generosity can help us deliver essential healthcare and programs.

If you would like to plan an event that results in the donation of goods or services to the hospital, please contact the Foundation for East Orange General Hospital at 973.266.2980. Remember!

Please submit your application at least four weeks in advance of your event.

Once we receive your application, we will evaluate your event proposal for its appropriateness and benefit to East Orange General Hospital.

We ask that you allow two weeks for your proposal to be reviewed by the Foundation. Once a decision is reached, we will contact you directly.

• All event-related publicity in which the East Orange General Hospital name and/or the logo are used (print, broadcast or online) must be in accordance with the established brand identity guidelines and approved by the foundation before distribution to the public.
• The Foundation does not advance monies or solicit sponsorship revenue for outside fundraising activities. Our objective is to raise needed funds for patient care; therefore we do not have additional revenues to expend for sponsorships.
• The Foundation's ability to provide services for your event is limited by staff size and internal event obligations. We state this in advance so that there are no disappointments or misunderstandings with regards to our ability to participate with you and support your event.
• Event proceeds must be submitted to Foundation for East Orange General Hospital within 90 days from the date of your event.
